2024 Year in Review

Time has a way of slipping by when you're fully immersed in work—managing pre-productions, shoots, retouching, marketing, and client communications—all without much room to pause. The days blur, projects stack up, and suddenly another year has passed. But stepping back, I’m reminded why I chose this path in the first place.

Seven years in, I’ve built strong client relationships, honed my craft, and created a life on my own terms. Every project, from the smallest portrait session to the most elaborate production, has been an opportunity to connect with people and bring their stories to life.

Yet, with growth comes introspection. Over the years, I’ve refined my creative instincts and developed a style that resonates with both clients and myself. But I’ve also realized the importance of keeping that initial curiosity alive—the same curiosity that drove me when I first picked up a camera, eager to experiment and capture moments without overthinking. The best work happens when there’s room to explore freely, take risks, and embrace the unknown. Rekindling that sense of discovery—while building on everything I’ve learned—is what will make this next chapter exciting.

2024 reaffirmed my love for this work. From classrooms to battleships, each shoot was a reminder of the privilege I have in documenting compelling stories. Reconnecting with longtime clients and forging new relationships kept me inspired, while the variety of projects ensured no two days felt the same. The energy, movement, and collaboration that define my work continue to push me forward.

As I look to 2025, I want to build on this momentum—continuing to deliver work that is polished, intentional, and impactful while carving out more space for creativity beyond the expected. Every new project is a chance to evolve, refine, and create something meaningful.

Here’s to another year of collaboration, growth, and pushing creative boundaries to bring stories to life in fresh and unexpected ways.
