Before I bought my first camera I was working an advertising job in New York City. The job was a welcomed insight into the corporate desk hustle and the unrelenting dedication to a cause far from my own. It was enough and I decided to hit the road. On a frugal budget, Vanessa (my wife) and I backpacked our way through South America and Southeast Asia. This gallery was captured and edited on an old phone and GoPro when photography was still just a stream of conscious experience for me - before I had any technical understanding. This is a window into my purest eye and the experience that brought me to where I am today.
